Northern Birch Credit Union’s online banking services gives you the ease of doing your banking from anywhere, anytime. You have freedom to do your banking 24/7, from a secure and convenient place.

Our online banking system is safeguarded with the best security available, ensuring your information is protected.

Some features include:

  • View account information and receive updated balances
  • Pay bills and set up scheduled bill payments
  • Add or remove bills - choose from our list of hundreds of vendors
  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • Download statement information to 3rd party software such as Intuit's Quicken, Money or Quickbooks
  • Order cheques through online banking
  • Create stop payments
  • Receive various different alerts either by email or text message
  • Send or receive Interac e-Transfers®
  • Pay your business CRA taxes

How to sign up for online banking

If you are a member of Northern Birch Credit Union and do not currently have online banking, please call or visit us in branch and we will set you up with a User ID and password.

Increased Authentication

The first time you log in to your online banking account, you will be asked to choose from a list of security questions and answers. Be sure to pick questions with answers that are not easy to guess. Use ones that only you know.

You can register your home or personal computer so that you will not have to answer a security question every time you log in. However, when you log in to your account from another machine, we will ask one of the security questions to confirm your identity.

You should not register shared or public computers.

Cookies are used to identify registered computers. If you clear your cookies, you will have to re-register your computer.
